I just had to show you all the birthday cake that Chef Chahna brought up yesterday. Its a massive cheese and onion savoury scone.

So many professional chefs and home cooks rave about the benefits of using a Stand mixer. So I am just going to have to knuckle down and learn how to use one. We have even got an old one belonging to Chef Chahna here at home, so actually I have no excuses any more.

Here is another bake that nearly everyone loves. It is a great treat to take to any morning tea or school bake sale, but it is also a very welcome after school snack for hungry children or a filler for a weekend family day at home.
